About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a high standard of service and a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems
- Meet individual and team KPIs (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or CRM systems
