Customer Service & Order Management Specialist with German or Dutch

About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist with German or Dutch to join our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service to business clients via email and phone in German or Dutch.
- Process, enter, and monitor customer orders in the system.
- Manage the order lifecycle from order receipt through fulfillment and delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, documentation, and product availability.
- Handle customer complaints and claims in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in internal systems.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Service and Order Management processes.
Requirements
- Very good command of German or Dutch (minimum B2 level).
- Good command of English for internal communication.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or a related area is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) is a plus.
