Principal Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a high-potential, analytical and proactive professional to join a Strategic Pricing team within the medical products area. Reporting to a senior pricing manager, the role acts as liaison between Marketing and Offer Development on pricing matters: creating pricing for new products, scenario modeling and financial analysis. The person will advise Marketing on pricing strategies for new launches, support implementation of promotions and monitor price–volume initiatives. With strong knowledge of product portfolios, pricing programs and market trends, this role helps define pricing processes, procedures and analytic models, and drives decision-making to protect product value. Regular collaboration with Marketing, Shared Services/Operations, Legal, Sales and Finance is required.

 


Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and strategic evolution of pricing approaches across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and market conditions.
  • Act as a commercial partner to senior leaders, marketing and sales teams, providing guidance on pricing roadmaps, segmentation and market readiness.
  • Define pricing for new product introductions and commercial models by converting market insights and value drivers into practical pricing direction.
  • Ensure pricing decisions are integrated into business planning, commercial cases and product lifecycle activities to support profitable growth.
  • Provide pricing input to regular planning cycles and portfolio reviews.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to adapt pricing governance, build capabilities and promote consistent execution across markets.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Approximately 5+ years’ experience in pricing, commercial finance or related commercial roles.
  • Experience with P&L and FP&A.
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with scenario or financial modeling.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills; comfortable working in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with ability to design processes and secure stakeholder buy-in.
