For one of our clients in the banking sector, we are looking for specialists who will have the opportunity to take part in the significant growth of their organizational structures.
One of the available roles is Static Data Specialist with French.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Investigating and performing exceptional static data requests to ensure accurate and timely system setup
  • Raising and analyzing operational or technical issues and escalating them to relevant stakeholders to avoid potential process delays
  • Coordinating the creation and maintenance of process manuals to ensure up-to-date instructions for task execution
  • Preparing and implementing onboarding plans for new joiners to support business continuity and ensure smooth process execution
  • Maintaining and developing professional relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners to ensure efficient information flow and timely handling of queries
  • Implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and overall effectiveness

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in transfer agent, cash operation or accounting will be considered as an advantage 
  • Fluent working knowledge of English and French is mandatory (min. C1)
  • Knowledge of Private Capital (Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real State, Securitization, etc.) fund specificities will be considered as an advantage 
  • Numerate and analytical skills 
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (focused on Excel skills)
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Self-motivation to develop 
  • Internal client focused approach
