We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join a global HR technology team. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and HR experts to support, optimize, and enhance HR systems, with a particular focus on WorkForce Software. You will play a key role in identifying business needs, driving user adoption, and supporting the implementation of new solutions across an international organization.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across the global organization to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business requirements into effective HRIS solutions, with a primary focus on WorkForce Software.
- Collaborate with HR subject matter experts, IT teams, and project stakeholders to analyze, design, develop, and enhance HR technology solutions related to time & attendance and workforce scheduling.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios, executing test cases, documenting results, and ensuring high-quality system delivery.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while ensuring compliance with established governance and best practices.
- Support the implementation, onboarding, and continuous improvement of a global Total Workforce Management solution.
- Create and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency, transparency, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR systems landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Time & Attendance solutions, particularly WorkForce Software.
- Practical knowledge of HR processes and HR systems.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with additional HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) will be considered an advantage.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
