FATCA Specialist

For one of our clients in the banking sector, we are looking for specialists who will have the opportunity to take part in the significant growth of their organizational structures.
One of the available roles is FATCA Specialist.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing fiscal reports related to FATCA and AEOI regulations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submission to tax authorities. 
  • Preparing annual fiscal reports for US and EU tax authorities in line with FATCA and AEOI regulations, as well as client service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Reconciling quarterly AML/KYC reports with FIA Registrar data extracts to enable clients to verify existing data and identify missing FATCA/AEOI investor information.
  • Delivering training on FATCA/AEOI and French Tax activities for new joiners within the Liabilities teams to increase awareness of associated risks.
  • Preparing monthly KPIs related to FATCA/AEOI activities, under the guidance of a Senior Specialist, to support management reporting and business strategy.
  • Updating FATCA/AEOI dashboards to ensure accurate data availability for KPI production and compliance with internal procedures.

 

Requirements: 

  • University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Banking, Business Administration or Finance
  • Fluent in English (French language will be an advantage)
  • Previous experience in finance
  • Precision and attention to details
  • Ability to work effectively in different situations and with several partners
  • Good communication skills
