R&D Expert – Non-Ferrous Metals


We are seeking an individual with experience in non-ferrous metal recycling to join dynamic team. As a pivotal member of the R&D department, you will lead research and engineering efforts to transform the landscape of non-ferrous metal recycling.

This position presents an opportunity to be at the forefront of innovative technologies, processes, and products that will shape the future of non-ferrous metal recycling. Your responsibilities will also include ongoing research to refine existing processes, identifying superior recycling methods, and anticipating market trends. By joining this team, you will play a crucial role in driving technological advancement.


Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate activities aimed at identifying and addressing complex technical problems through pioneering research.
  2. Develop and implement cutting-edge non-ferrous metal recycling methods.
  3. Conduct research into new technologies and recycling processes.
  4. Design and optimize recycling plants to enhance their efficiency and output.
  5. Monitor and report on research findings, offering recommendations for process enhancements. Prepare technical documentation and research reports.
  6. Work collaboratively with engineering teams to integrate new technologies into production.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends and breakthroughs in the field of non-ferrous metal recycling.

 

Requirements:

  1. Degree in a technical or scientific discipline, preferably with a specialization in extractive metallurgy, chemistry, materials science, or a related field.
  2. Hands-on experience in research and development, particularly in the non-ferrous metal recycling industry or a related area.
  3. Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of non-ferrous metal recycling processes, including the latest technologies and industrial methods. Awareness of current trends and innovations in non-ferrous metal recycling and the capability to introduce novel solutions.
  4. Proficiency in conducting research, analyzing data, and synthesizing conclusions to enhance recycling processes. Exceptional problem-solving skills, encompassing problem identification, situation analysis, solution development, and decision-making.
  5. Experience in data analysis and employing statistical tools to compile reports and make recommendations.
  6. Ability to generate ideas, seek out innovative solutions, and refine existing methods and technologies.
  7. Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent oral and written skills, effective teamwork capabilities, and adept at preparing reports and presentations.
  8. Capable of working autonomously, taking charge of projects, and steering them to successful conclusions.
