Customer Service Specialist – Financial Markets
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist – Financial Markets to join a newly established UK Client Disputes team within our Customer Experience function.
Here are some of the things you can look forward to:
- Own client disputes from initial contact through to SRC resolution or timely escalation
- Investigate cases across trading, platform, payments, onboarding and servicing journeys
- Assess complaint validity and determine outcomes in line with FCA DISP requirements and SRC eligibility criteria
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone, email and digital channels
- Escalate complex, high-risk, vulnerable client or regulatory cases to the complaints function when required
- Identify recurring dispute themes and support root-cause analysis initiatives
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in internal systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Operations, Product, Marketing and Technology teams to resolve client issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Experience in frontline dispute resolution, customer service, or complaints handling within financial services, fintech or banking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and fairly
- Excellent investigative skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive or difficult client conversations with professionalism
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
- Experience working with CRM or case management systems
