About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist with Italian, you will support healthcare professionals, distributors, and business customers across the Italian market, ensuring smooth order processing and an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries in Italian via email and phone.
Process orders, returns, and complaints in SAP/CRM systems.
Coordinate deliveries and resolve order-related issues.
Cooperate with logistics, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Maintain accurate customer data and documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide best-in-class support.

Requirements

Fluent Italian (B2/C1) and good English (B2+).
Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or a similar role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
Experience with SAP, CRM, or ERP systems will be an advantage.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
