Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian & English (Remote within Poland)
Are you fluent in Slovenian and looking for an opportunity to join an international team while working fully remotely from anywhere in Poland? We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support customers using innovative healthcare solutions designed for people living with diabetes.
What you will do
- Provide professional customer support to Slovenian-speaking customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist users with product-related questions and help resolve everyday issues.
- Deliver a high standard of customer experience and build positive customer relationships.
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues in an international environment and follow established procedures and quality standards.
What we are looking for
- Fluent Slovenian (C2 level or equivalent).
- Communicative English (minimum B1 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Motivation to learn and develop within a global organization.
