For our client, a leading international company, we are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join Private Capital Operations team. In this role, you will support the administration of Private Equity and Real Estate funds by managing investor-related activities, transaction processing and operational controls.
You will work closely with international clients, investors, internal teams and external stakeholders, gaining exposure to complex private market structures and investment processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing investor-related operations for Private Equity and Real Estate funds, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, successions and other investor movements.
- Processing distributions, capital calls and other payment-related activities in accordance with internal procedures and client requirements.
- Maintaining accurate investor and fund records, including capital account information and transaction history.
- Performing cash reconciliations across multiple accounts and monitoring fees and payment flows.
- Reviewing investment and investor documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal requirements.
- Preparing operational, portfolio and client reports.
- Managing daily communication with French-speaking clients, investors, counterparties and internal stakeholders.
- Handling operational queries and acting as a key point of contact for assigned clients.
- Investigating discrepancies, identifying operational risks and supporting timely resolution.
- Contributing to internal reporting activities, quality monitoring and KPI tracking.
- Supporting process improvements, new activity implementation and continuous development of the department.
- Contributing to the maintenance of procedures and service level agreements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fund administration, investment operations, accounting, banking, custody, audit or a related financial services environment.
- Knowledge of Private Equity, Real Estate funds or alternative investments would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and client-oriented approach.
