Are you an experienced Procurement professional with a background in indirect categories within a manufacturing environment? We are currently looking for a strategic and hands-on Category Manager who will take ownership of global sourcing activities across a diverse portfolio of indirect spend categories.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global category strategies for indirect spend areas, including maintenance and operational supplies, facility-related services, capital investments, and construction projects.
- Lead sourcing initiatives and supplier selection processes across multiple regions.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, balancing strategic planning with operational execution.
- Build long-term partnerships with key suppliers and identify opportunities for value creation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and manage supplier contracts to ensure optimal cost, quality, and service levels.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and cost drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
- Partner closely with stakeholders from manufacturing, engineering, technical operations, facilities management, and project teams.
- Support procurement transformation initiatives and contribute to business-wide cost optimization programs.
- Track procurement performance and prepare regular reports and analyses.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in strategic procurement, category management, or sourcing within indirect spend categories.
- Experience working in an international business setting with global or regional responsibilities.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Analytical mindset and confidence in working with market and cost data.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar procurement platforms.
- Fluency in both English and Polish.
- Additional European languages will be considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
