PMO

What you’ll do

·        Run the operating rhythm (business cadence) for the Private Cloud domain, own the cadence of key forums and facilitate some of them.

·        Collaborate with Business Management teams, Risk teams, and Transformation and Portfolio Management teams to coordinate cross-team activities for key stakeholders from the Private Cloud domain.

·        Prepare and optimise reporting to different audiences to reduce frictions and duplications, ensuring data quality and consistency.

·        Provide general PMO support for Private Cloud leadership and key stakeholders, helping drive clarity, progress tracking, and timely decision-making through the right forums and information.

·        Support Head of Private Cloud Domain and People Managers with team administrations tasks and third party contract extensions.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

·        Stakeholder alignment and relationship management as well as cross-team coordination skills

·        Ability to actively engage the tasks and distil complex data into the view relevant for different levels of stakeholders.

·        Ability to prioritise workload and juggle between multiple tasks.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent analytical skill, a passion to metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.

·        Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Clarity, Confluence, Power BI and strong Excel skills as well as passion to develop AI skills and tools to optimise the ways of working.

·        Agile mindset, problem-solving, tenaciousness, resourcefulness and “can do” attitude.
