Senior PL/SQL Developer (Core Leasing System)

About the Team

We are an international IT team of around 1,000 professionals delivering digital solutions across multiple European markets. As part of our expansion, we are growing our technology hub in Warsaw within a shared services environment.

Our teams develop and maintain core platforms that support leasing and mobility services used across several countries. We work in Agile squads, where engineers collaborate closely with product owners and technical experts to build scalable, high-quality systems and continuously improve our digital products.

Role Overview

As a Developer, you will design, build and maintain reliable software solutions that support core business systems. You will ensure high-quality, secure and scalable development aligned with best practices and business needs.

Working in Agile squads, you will contribute to the evolution of key business platforms, focusing on database-driven applications and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain interfaces between internal systems and external partners

  • Deliver secure, scalable and well-documented software aligned with development standards

  • Support integration topics across development teams

  • Test new functionalities and implement improvements

  • Collaborate with team members to clarify technical and business requirements

  • Contribute to technical documentation and system analysis

  • Participate in code reviews and share best practices

  • Engage in continuous learning and developer communities

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration

  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance and user experience

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Oracle technologies (SQL / PL/SQL)

  • Experience with enterprise systems and integrations

  • Knowledge of web technologies and interest in Java

  • Understanding of secure and scalable application development

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

  • Experience with tools such as issue tracking and documentation platforms

  • Around 5+ years of professional development experience

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
