We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Fullstack Developer to join our team and be responsible for the development, integration, and maintenance of modern backend solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications.
- Integrate systems and participate in migration projects.
- Create and develop RESTful APIs.
- Build and maintain CI/CD processes and automation.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams in an Agile environment.
- Provide production support, analyze incidents, and take actions to improve service reliability.
- Make technical decisions aligned with the organization’s strategy and standards.
- Share knowledge, mentor team members, and actively contribute to raising engineering standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, working in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with system integration and/or migrations.
- Knowledge of DevOps, Agile, and Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD).
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD and developer process automation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Ansible, Git/GitHub, and SonarQube, or their equivalents.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks, e.g. JUnit.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions and take ownership of quality and outcomes.
- Experience with mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Spring Cloud and/or MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of Seeburger BIS, EDI, or similar integration solutions.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.
- Experience in frontend application development.
- Experience with production support, incident management, and improving service reliability.
