We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with Czech/French/German to join an international team supporting customers and managing order processes. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high service standards while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Receive, register, and process customer orders in line with customer requirements, contracts, and agreed service levels.

Monitor the order portfolio and ensure timely execution of deliveries and services.

Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or potential issues and work towards effective solutions.

Cooperate with internal teams and partners to coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth service execution.

Handle customer requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

Conduct basic root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling when responding to customer needs.

Work in accordance with company standards, procedures, and internal control policies.

Czech/French/German language at B2+ level (mandatory)

English at B2 level (minimum)

At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service/Logistics/Order Management
