Senior Backend Developer (Java)

About us

We are an international IT organization expanding our IT hub in Poland. Our Digital Platforms team builds and supports solutions for fleet management, telematics, and vehicle lifecycle management. We work in Agile methodology and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Your role

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will:

• Design and implement backend modules (services and APIs)
• Develop secure, maintainable, and high-performing software
• Optimize and refactor existing code
• Collaborate with other developers and teams to integrate solutions
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and agile ceremonies
• Support technical research, innovation, and mentoring of junior team members

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of Java (Spring Boot); Angular is a plus
• Experience with Oracle/SQL, cloud deployment, and Git workflows
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
