Location: Cracow (hybrid)

  

 



Our Client is a global organization operating in the automotive sector, focused on delivering advanced electronic solutions for high-volume production. The company develops cutting-edge technologies, including control units and high-voltage products such as inverters, with a strong emphasis on quality, reliability, and performance in demanding environments.

Due to further growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join their engineering team.

 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate and validate electrical design requirements to ensure full project compliance

  • Perform detailed worst-case analyses for critical parameters

  • Design complete electrical schematics and define Bills of Materials (BOM)

  • Prepare and release technical documentation in line with the Product Development Process

  • Coordinate closely with ECAD teams to drive PCB layout activities

  • Support validation teams during design and process validation phases

  • Collaborate with manufacturing and test engineering teams at production sites

  • Lead DFMEA activities from an electrical perspective

  • Monitor design progress in line with internal standards and report project status

  • Take ownership of project execution, ensuring timely delivery of milestones

  • Plan and conduct verification and validation testing

  • Maintain regular communication with customers and stakeholders

  • Cooperate with international engineering teams across multiple locations

  • Share knowledge and support the development of less experienced engineers

 


Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail

  • Hands-on experience in designing electronics compliant with EMI/EMC standards

  • Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and FMEDA methodology

  • Practical experience with structured problem-solving approaches

  • Background in power electronics design will be considered an advantage

  • Proficiency in engineering tools (CAD, simulation software) and MS Office

  • Well-developed communication and collaboration skills

  • Fluency in English (min B2)
