Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner  to retail company in Poznań. The person in this role will coordinate HR, administration, benefits and fleet processes, ensure accurate payroll data flow, and support reporting needs across the company and group. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and process ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end HR, administrative, benefits and company fleet processes.
  • Collect, verify and deliver accurate data required for payroll calculations.
  • Prepare data for bonus calculations and employee reserves.
  • Collaborate with employees, managers, accounting office, legal counsel and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Administer HR systems and maintain employee documentation in line with internal requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, leave management, benefit administration and fleet procedures.
  • Monitor compliance of HR and administrative processes with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare data and reports for the Management Board, Group stakeholders and external entities.
  • Coordinate responsibilities related to environmental reporting, ESG and BDO obligations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR coordination, HR administration or HR business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR data flows.
  • Familiarity with benefits and fleet administration practices.
  • Experience working with external partners such as accounting firms and legal advisors.
  • Practical experience in preparing HR reports and management-level data.
  • Understanding of ESG reporting and BDO requirements is desirable.
  • Good organisational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Proficiency with HR systems and confident handling of employee documentation.
