Our client is seeking a professional who will be responsible for coordinating and executing validation processes for test systems used in automotive power electronics. The role involves managing customer testing requirements from the design validation phase through production validation, analyzing test data, and preparing comprehensive test reports. The position also requires close collaboration with cross-functional development teams and customers, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of validation methods and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate validation activities throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from concept phase to production launch.

  • Monitor critical project timelines to ensure testing activities are completed on schedule.

  • Analyze technical requirements and prepare validation test plans.

  • Develop and implement validation test procedures using various methodologies, including life tests, overstress tests, and failure-based testing approaches.

  • Evaluate test results and verify compliance with defined requirements.

  • Prepare test summaries and detailed technical reports.

  • Support activities related to project launch and Start Center operations.

  • Collaborate with product development teams and maintain communication with customers regarding testing requirements.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in testing, preferably in validation within the automotive or a related industry.

  • Familiarity with test and measurement equipment such as digital multimeters (DMM), oscilloscopes, generators, power supplies, and arbitrary waveform generators (ARB).

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex engineering problems.

  • Experience or knowledge in project management related to test equipment or laboratory facilities will be considered an advantage.

  • Experience in Excel VBA macro development.

  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office and diagram or drawing tools such as Visio, Circad, or similar software.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Fluency in English (min B2)

  • Willingness to travel
