Regional Parts Sales Specialist – Balkans
About the Company
Our client is a global manufacturer of construction equipment and machinery, recognized for delivering innovative solutions and supporting customers through a strong international dealer network. As part of the continued growth of its aftermarket business, the company is looking for a Regional Parts Sales Specialist to support dealer development and drive spare parts sales across the Balkan region.
About the Role
This is a regional position focused on developing the spare parts business through an established dealer network. The successful candidate will work closely with dealers to improve commercial performance, strengthen customer support, deliver training, and identify new business opportunities within the aftermarket sector.
The role involves extensive travel across the Balkan region (approximately 60–70% of the time) and close cooperation with regional management, headquarters, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of spare parts sales across the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and support their commercial development.
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct regular dealer and customer visits throughout the region.
- Deliver product, systems and commercial training to dealer teams.
- Support dealers with ordering processes, urgent requests and operational issues.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular business reports and provide recommendations for improving dealer performance.
- Act as the key communication link between dealers and internal departments including sales, logistics, finance and product support.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in aftermarket, spare parts sales or commercial support.
- Previous experience working with dealer networks or distributor management.
- Experience within construction equipment, heavy machinery, agricultural machinery, trucks, material handling or related industries will be considered an advantage.
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Fluent English is required.
- Knowledge of one or more Balkan languages will be a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
