As a Fund Expenses Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate processing, monitoring, and reconciliation of fund expenses. You will work with a variety of financial documents, ensure the quality of financial data, and support the day-to-day operations of investment funds.

Key responsibilities
- Process and review fund-related expenses in accordance with established procedures.
- Verify financial documentation and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
- Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in financial data.
- Monitor expense allocations and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting activities.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy while working within strict deadlines.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, fund accounting, financial services, or a related field.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel will be considered an asset.
