Junior Finance Specialist with German
We are currently looking for Junior Finance Specialists with German to join an international finance team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to develop their career in finance, accounting, or business operations within a global organization.
In this role, you will support daily financial processes, cooperate with international stakeholders, and help ensure smooth and compliant operations.
Your responsibilities:
- Support daily finance and accounting activities
- Assist in invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation
- Respond to queries from suppliers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
- Perform basic financial calculations and data analysis
- Work with SAP and MS Excel to manage financial data
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Maintain documentation and process guidelines
- Identify areas for improvement and support process optimization initiatives
- Cooperate with various departments such as Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service
We are looking for:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or during studies)
- First experience in finance, accounting, customer service, or business support is an advantage
- Very good command of English and German (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
