Devops Engineer
We're looking for an experienced Devops Engineer to join a team building and supporting modern cloud platforms that enable software development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable SaaS solutions.

Gdańsk, Poland – hybrid model (3 days per week in the office)

Your responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve developer experience.
- Support cloud-native applications and containerized environments.
- Define and monitor SLOs/SLIs, observability, and production reliability.
- Ensure security, compliance, and infrastructure best practices.
- Troubleshoot production environments and optimize cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong experience with cloud and infrastructure engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Good knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub CI/CD.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as New Relic or OpenTelemetry.
- Understanding of cloud cost optimization.
- Knowledge of security best practices (e.g. NIST, CIS, SOC2).
- Experience working closely with software development teams.
- Strong communication skills and English proficiency (B2+).
