We are looking for both middle and senior specialists to join our client's operations in Krakow, Poland

*all candidates must be eligible to work in Poland

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from creation to delivery, including order updates, pricing verification, and system entry
  • Analyze stock levels and sales data to recommend order quantities and ensure product availability in cooperation with planning teams
  • Monitor order execution and coordinate deliveries with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding delays, shortages, or any order-related issues
  • Handle product returns by organizing pickups and resolving return-related matters
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Logistics, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Support reporting activities, contribute to process improvements, and assist in onboarding and supporting team members

 

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Very good command of English and Turkish (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, customer service, procurement, or a similar role
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Results-driven attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage
