RTR Accountant 

 

We are looking for an experienced RTR Accountant to join an international finance team supporting multiple entities within a dynamic global organization. 

You will work closely with finance teams across various international locations, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.


 

Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

  • Prepare management and financial accounts, including review and analysis of monthly results for group entities
  • Perform and review standard accounting entries, including purchase orders, invoices, prepayments, fixed assets, accruals, payments, and cost analysis
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and maintain a strong financial control environment
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations and cost allocations in line with transfer pricing requirements
  • Prepare financial reports in accordance with IAS/IFRS standards
  • Support indirect and operational tax-related activities when required
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and management reporting activities
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and finance teams across international locations

 

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in GL or RTR accounting
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Very good understanding of financial processes, financial statements, and balance sheet risks
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve financial and operational issues independently
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent English
