Financial Reporting Specialist / Senior Specialist

Our client, a leading international financial institution, is expanding its Financial Reporting team and is looking for experienced professionals to join as Financial Reporting Specialists and Senior Specialists.

This is an excellent opportunity to build expertise in financial and regulatory reporting within a global environment, working closely with international stakeholders and contributing to high-impact reporting processes supporting investment structures and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review periodic financial reports and reporting packages
  • Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting activities
  • Analyse financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting deliverables
  • Perform reconciliations and investigate reporting discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, auditors and external service providers
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and reporting transformation projects
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports requested by management and clients
  • For Senior Specialists: review team deliverables, provide guidance to less experienced colleagues and support complex reporting activities

Requirements

Specialist

  • Previous experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, audit, accounting or a related finance area
  • Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Very good command of English

Senior Specialist

  • Extensive experience within financial reporting, accounting, audit or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes and controls
  • Experience reviewing deliverables and supporting junior team members
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with international stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills and excellent English communication skills
