P2P Credit Collection Analyst with English

Are you an experienced collections or accounts receivable professional looking to join a global organization operating in the medical technology sector? We are currently seeking a P2P Credit Collection Analyst who will play a key role in managing customer accounts, reducing credit risk, and supporting cash collection activities across the EMEA region.

Your responsibilities
- Managing credit risk and performing credit analysis for an assigned customer portfolio
- Monitoring outstanding receivables and driving collection activities
- Handling customer disputes, payment delays, and invoice-related queries
- Supporting cash application processes and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Performing accounts receivable reconciliations and supporting bad debt management activities
- Preparing month-end reports in line with SOX requirements
- Supporting internal and external audit processes
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and standardization within credit management operations
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or a similar area
- Very good command of English (minimum B2/C1)
- Strong Excel skills
- Hands-on approach and proactive mindset
- Experience working with factoring companies
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA will be considered a strong advantage
- Previous experience in a healthcare, medical technology, or international shared services environment is a plus
