Order Management Specialist with German

 

We are currently looking for an Order Management Specialist with German to join our growing team. If you already have experience in order management and enjoy working in an international environment, this opportunity might be for you!

 
Responsibilities:

  • Managing and processing customer orders in the system
  • Ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Supporting customers from the German market via email and phone
  • Handling order-related queries, complaints, and returns
  • Cooperating with internal departments (logistics, finance, customer service)
  • Maintaining high-quality data and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Order Management or a similar role
  • German at C1 level (mandatory)
  • English at B2+ level
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
