Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support Cybersecurity Compliance initiatives focused on managing data sharing and transfer approvals across multiple countries. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders including Product Owners, Project Teams, Technical SMEs, and Regulatory Compliance, Legal, and Data Privacy teams.

You will play a key role in ensuring that data sharing activities are compliant with local and international regulations, coordinating approvals, and managing documentation both within and outside the Data Visa portal.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-screen and prepare data submission templates for requests

  • Verify prerequisites such as contracts and application details

  • Submit and manage Data Visa requests

  • Update pre-screening information and resubmit as needed

  • Review local conditions and restrictions, identify gaps, and propose remediation

  • Manage approvals for cross-border data transfer and Privacy Impact Assessments

  • Prepare documentation for review by local regulatory compliance outside the Data Visa portal

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to explain initiatives and resolve issues

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams

  • Document process improvements and workflows for stakeholder review

  • Obtain cross-team consensus to move initiatives forward

  • Manage queries from various stakeholders and track approval progress

  • Maintain organized tracking for multiple concurrent Data Visa cases

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with relevant industry certification

  • Strong collaborative leadership, facilitation, and situational awareness skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings independently

  • Proven experience managing stakeholders

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

  • Experience with documentation platforms (Confluence, SharePoint) and ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow)

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to cross-border data sharing

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
