As the HR Director, you will play a key role in establishing and developing a new Shared Services Center in Gdańsk. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the HR strategy, building the local HR function, and partnering with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This is a unique opportunity to shape the people agenda and organizational culture from the ground up while supporting the successful launch and growth of the SSC.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the HR strategy and execution for the establishment and ongoing development of the Shared Services Center.
  • Build and develop the local HR function, ensuring effective HR processes, policies, and governance.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and organizational growth plans.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across multiple functions and levels.
  • Design and implement onboarding, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Polish labor law and company policies while managing employee relations matters.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and workforce planning in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Support organizational design, change management, and transformation initiatives during the SSC setup and expansion.
  • Establish HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and local institutions to strengthen the employer brand.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team as the organization grows.
