Customer Service Specialist with German and English

Your responsibilities

During the first weeks:

• participation in a professional paid training program (8 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm)

After the training:

• providing phone and email support to customers using an online accommodation booking platform
• assisting with reservations and bookings
• handling complaints and customer inquiries
• entering and updating information in the system
• ensuring high-quality customer service

Requirements

• fluent German (minimum C1 level)
• good English skills (minimum B2 level)
• availability to attend on-site training during standard business hours
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• good computer skills
• previous customer service experience will be an advantage

What we offer

• employment contract (after completion of occupational health examination) or civil contract
• salary: 49 PLN gross per hour
• flexible working schedule — 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm (Monday–Sunday)
