SAP FICO Consultant

For our client - an international company located in Warsaw currently we ae looking for experienced SAP FICO Consultant.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Interpret business needs and translate them into effective SAP FI/CO solutions.

  • Configure and adapt SAP FI/CO modules to meet organizational requirements.

  • Provide guidance to process owners and key users, supporting process optimization and innovation initiatives.

  • Take part in global SAP initiatives including rollouts, system upgrades, and the implementation of new features.

  • Support change management and issue resolution, including operational support tasks.

  • Prepare and update documentation such as process descriptions and user manuals.

  • Deliver training sessions and workshops for key users, both remotely and on-site.

  • Work closely with international teams, external service providers, and SAP support organizations.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Finance, Business IT, or a comparable discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO configuration, support, and implementation within an international setting.

  • Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO and its integration with modules such as MM, PP, SD, and HR.

  • Solid understanding of key finance processes: General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, and cost/profit center accounting.

  • Knowledge of financial reporting and controlling standards (e.g., Swiss GAAP FER).

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is an advantage.

  • Excellent command of English; German skills are beneficial.

  • Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach.

  • Customer-focused mindset and proactive working style.

  • Effective communication and advisory skills.

  • Cooperative team player with experience in international and cross-functional environments.
