Customer Supply Chain Specialist with German
We are looking for a Customer Supply Chain Specialist with German to support collaboration with key customers in the DACH market and ensure smooth supply chain operations. In this role, you will manage customer orders, monitor service performance, support product availability, and work closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support customer collaboration processes and ensure high service levels.
- Manage the customer order lifecycle, including order processing, changes, and delivery coordination.
- Work closely with Supply Planning, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor KPIs, identify service risks, and support corrective actions.
- Analyze operational issues and support root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with warehouses, transport providers, and internal teams to resolve delivery-related topics.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding operational matters.
- Support customer performance reviews and improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications:
- University degree.
- Fluent English and German (min. B2).
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, or a similar role.
- Experience working with customers and managing stakeholders in an international environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Office tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented approach and willingness to collaborate across different functions
