Supply Chain Business Analyst with German
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Business Analyst with German to support business performance across the DACH market. In this role, you will analyze supply chain data, prepare reports and business insights, monitor KPIs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer service, operational performance, and supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain performance and prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights.
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve operational performance.
- Support business planning and performance review processes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and support data quality initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement projects.
- Support reporting related to service performance, inventory, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- University degree.
- Fluent German and English.
- Several years of experience in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Customer Collaboration, or a similar role within an international environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is preferred).
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting and analytics tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
