We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Client's Operations team and support the processing of financial and securities-related transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of operational processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor financial and securities-related transactions in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal teams by handling inquiries and providing operational assistance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Perform reconciliation and verification activities, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
- Contribute to maintaining service quality and operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational documentation and records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or student status in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operations, finance, accounting, banking, securities services, or a similar area.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of transaction processing and operational workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (minimum B2 level).
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of financial markets, securities operations, or banking processes.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Familiarity with reconciliation, compliance, or customer support activities.
