AP Accoutant with German | Remote

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing payments and reconciling accounts, including basic analysis of financial data
  • Managing bank-related payment activities and ensuring correct processing
  • Handling inbound phone inquiries in German
  • Reviewing and clearing open items in accounts
  • Communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth cooperation
  • Identifying issues in processes and suggesting improvements
  • Preparing and updating standard operating procedures 

 

 Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of experience in the AP area
  • Very good English and German
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to details
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
