Job Overview

In this role you will lead payroll processes, ensure accurate and timely salary payments, and support payroll-related compliance and reporting. You will work closely with HR, finance, and external partners to maintain high standards and continuous improvement across the payroll lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
  • Coordinate with HR and finance to implement payroll-related changes, including onboarding, terminations, and salary adjustments for Polish and several European countries.
  • Prepare and review payroll reports, reconciliations, and statutory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support payroll audits and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Be a leader for dedicated payroll team working cross-nationally. 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in payroll administration or payroll management. 
  • Knowledge of local payroll regulations, tax legislation, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and MS Excel; experience with payroll software is an advantage.
  • Relevant professional qualification or degree in finance, accounting, HR, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in managing team in an international company.
