Job Overview
In this role you will lead payroll processes, ensure accurate and timely salary payments, and support payroll-related compliance and reporting. You will work closely with HR, finance, and external partners to maintain high standards and continuous improvement across the payroll lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
- Coordinate with HR and finance to implement payroll-related changes, including onboarding, terminations, and salary adjustments for Polish and several European countries.
- Prepare and review payroll reports, reconciliations, and statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Support payroll audits and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation to meet internal and external requirements.
- Be a leader for dedicated payroll team working cross-nationally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll administration or payroll management.
- Knowledge of local payroll regulations, tax legislation, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
- Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and MS Excel; experience with payroll software is an advantage.
- Relevant professional qualification or degree in finance, accounting, HR, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in managing team in an international company.
