For candidates fluent in German, Dutch, or Bulgarian, we are pleased to offer a 100% remote work opportunity.

Other positions will follow a hybrid work model (60% from the office / 40% from home).

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide dedicated support to our employees, addressing challenges that arise while they are providing services in the field.
  • Utilize your communication skills to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for both employees and customers.
  • Collaborate with team members, sharing ideas and best practices in a professional environment.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Fluency in one of the following languages (min. B2) German/Dutch/Bulgarian/Italian/French/Polish and good communication skills in English.
  • Experience is not required, but most welcomed.
  • A detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in using computers and capable of multitasking across various platforms.
  • A proactive approach, taking ownership of challenges with a positive mindset.
