KYC / FATCA Specialist with French
Location: Warsaw | Hybrid

We are looking for a KYC / FATCA Specialist with French to join an international financial services environment.
This role combines KYC processes with FATCA and CRS requirements, with a strong focus on client documentation, tax residency and regulatory compliance.
Your responsibilities:
- Performing KYC reviews and verifying client documentation
- Reviewing clients from a FATCA and CRS perspective
- Identifying and validating tax residency and FATCA/CRS classification
- Reviewing tax documentation, including FATCA self-certifications and W-8/W-9 forms
- Identifying missing, incomplete or inconsistent client and tax information
- Supporting client classification according to applicable FATCA/CRS requirements
- Performing periodic reviews and maintaining accurate client records
- Investigating documentation discrepancies and following up on outstanding information
- Cooperating with internal KYC, Compliance, Tax and Operations teams
- Ensuring processes are completed in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Using French and English when working with documentation and international stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in KYC, FATCA, CRS, tax compliance, client onboarding or client due diligence
- Practical knowledge of FATCA and/or CRS regulations
- Understanding of tax residency and client/entity classification
- Experience reviewing W-8, W-9 or FATCA/CRS self-certification forms would be an advantage
- French at B2/C1 level or higher
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience within banking, financial services, asset servicing or another regulated environment
