We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a global payments initiative that enables customers and clients to move funds quickly and securely across the world. The solution supports supplier payments, salary credits, tax payments directly to authorities, and multi-channel money transfers.

The purpose of this role is to support project delivery through high-quality business analysis, creation of Agile design artefacts, effective stakeholder management, and providing the delivery team with deep business insight. The role operates within a DevOps-aligned environment.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will work independently across the full project lifecycle — from initiation and inception, through elaboration and build, to implementation — often handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.


What You’ll Do

  • Capture, analyse, and document business processes (including IT processes)

  • Design solutions and change interventions

  • Manage change activities, including timeline planning and stakeholder engagement

  • Develop change support initiatives such as training and communication plans

  • Track and document progress, ensuring accurate status reporting

  • Support solution implementation

  • Coordinate support teams, ensuring effective resource utilisation and alignment between supply and demand


What You Need to Succeed in This Role

  • Fluency in English

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role (IT Business Analyst or Business Consultant)

  • Strong payments domain knowledge (must-have)

  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders such as Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, and Architects

  • Proven ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to varied audiences

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to delivering high-quality outcomes

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and contribute within a team

  • Ability to learn quickly and rapidly assimilate new concepts

  • Understanding of key activities across all phases of the project lifecycle

  • Business-oriented mindset combined with a technical background
