Employment Type: Full-time

We are currently looking for a PTP (Procure to Pay) / OTC (Order to Cash) Accountant with German, Spanish, or Italian language skills to join our international finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and verifying accounting and financial documents.
  • Supporting Accounts Payable (PTP) or Accounts Receivable (OTC) processes.
  • Managing invoices, payments, and customer/vendor accounts.
  • Monitoring outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients/vendors in a foreign language.
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, Accounts Payable (PTP), Accounts Receivable (OTC), or a related area.
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2).
  • Very good command of German or Spanish, or Italian (minimum B2).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
  • Experience in a shared services (SSC/BPO) environment will be an advantage.
