PTP/OTC Accountant with German, Spanish or Italian

We are currently looking for a PTP (Procure to Pay) / OTC (Order to Cash) Accountant with German, Spanish, or Italian language skills to join our international finance team.
Responsibilities
- Processing and verifying accounting and financial documents.
- Supporting Accounts Payable (PTP) or Accounts Receivable (OTC) processes.
- Managing invoices, payments, and customer/vendor accounts.
- Monitoring outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients/vendors in a foreign language.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, Accounts Payable (PTP), Accounts Receivable (OTC), or a related area.
- Very good command of English (minimum B2).
- Very good command of German or Spanish, or Italian (minimum B2).
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
- Experience in a shared services (SSC/BPO) environment will be an advantage.
