Key Responsibilities:

Master Data Management & Transition Delivery

· Support and deliver master data initiatives across the full lifecycle: assessment, design, migration, and implementation

· Contribute to data cleansing, harmonisation, and standardisation activities

· Participate in data migration projects, including data validation, reconciliation, and stabilisation

· Ensure alignment of master data with target operating models and system requirements

 

Project & Programme Support

· Support project governance, planning, and tracking across data transformation initiatives

· Manage deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies within master data workstreams

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery

 

Functional Expertise – Master Data

· Maintain and manage master data across key domains (e.g. customer, vendor, finance, materials)

· Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems

· Support the design and implementation of data governance frameworks and standards

 

Stakeholder Management

· Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data owners

· Support communication and alignment across global and regional teams

· Act as a key interface for French-speaking stakeholders

 

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

· Monitor data quality KPIs and reporting metrics

· Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and data quality enhancement

· Support continuous improvement initiatives within data management processes

 

Key Requirements

· Proven experience in master data management within Shared Services or GBS environments

· Demonstrated experience in data migration or transformation projects, including:

o Data assessment and cleansing

o Solution design

o Migration and implementation

· Strong project delivery experience with exposure to transition programmes

· Fluency in French and English (essential)

· Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar)

· Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
