JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for 4 GL Accountants for a 6-month project in the General Ledger area. The role is responsible for posting and maintaining general ledger entries, preparing inputs for GL processes, and producing financial reports and analyses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and post general ledger (GL) entries
- Prepare input data for GL processes
- Prepare financial reports and statutory/management financial statements
- Manage P&L and balance sheet accounts
- Perform ad hoc analyses (e.g., reconciliations, customer account and GL account analysis)
- Prepare internal reports for the finance team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (accounting, finance, R2R, GL)
- Good English and advanced (spoken and written) in one of the following: German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch
- Strong focus on achieving agreed objectives
- Problem-solving skills and ability to independently plan and manage own work
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders (finance and non‑finance)
- Consistent performance and reliability
