Location: Poland | Remote Work
Are you fluent in Finnish and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you have experience in order management, customer support, or working with ERP systems? Please note that the role is fully remote; however, the initial onboarding and training period (approximately 2–3 weeks) will take place on-site in Gdańsk to ensure a smooth introduction to the role, systems, and company processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders in the ERP system in line with internal procedures.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, product availability, deliveries, invoicing, and order confirmations.
- Handle returns, complaints, and credit notes.
- Maintain and update customer master data and order documentation.
- Communicate proactively with customers via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Support customers with basic product and technical inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing.
- Support audit activities by providing required customer service documentation and information.
- Assist customers in using e-commerce platforms and digital ordering tools, including onboarding and training.
- Monitor and deliver services in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
- Fluent Finnish (C1 level or higher).
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Experience working with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Experience with CRM systems is considered a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
