Our client is an international manufacturing organization with a strong global footprint. The company is scaling its operations in Warsaw and is now looking for a SAP HCM Consultant – HR Systems & SuccessFactors Transition.

 

SAP HCM Consultant – HR Systems & SuccessFactors Transition

 

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to support and further develop our HR systems landscape. In this role, you will work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure stable system operations and contribute to our transition to SAP SuccessFactors.


What you will do:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions
  • Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules, including: Personnel Administration; Organizational Management; Time Management; Payroll; Benefits
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR master data
  • Provide daily system support and resolve technical issues
  • Support system upgrades, automation initiatives, and HR reporting improvements
  • Prepare system documentation and user guidelines
  • Train and support HR Business Partners and end users
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors migration roadmap
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, data privacy regulations, and local labor laws
  • Collaborate with global HR, IT teams, and external partners


What we are looking for:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM (ECC on-premise) configuration and support
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, especially payroll and time management
  • Experience in at least one full SAP HR implementation project
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (implementation, integration, or data migration) is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of HR authorizations, system security, and data privacy requirements
  • Experience with SAP HCM integration (FI/CO, PP/PE, MM)
  • Familiarity with HR reporting tools (SAP Query, ABAP reports)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Fluent English
