About the Role
We are seeking a Private Capital Liabilities Specialist to join our client's team. The successful candidate will support operations related to French Private Equity and Real Estate (PE&RE) funds, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Process distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, successions, and other payment-related tasks for French PE&RE funds in line with procedures

Manage fund movements and cash reconciliations, while tracking relevant fees

Prepare internal and external reports, including KPIs and client deliverables

Maintain communication with internal teams, clients, and external counterparties

Act as first point of contact for various clients

Support continuous improvements by identifying risks, proposing process enhancements, and contributing to procedure updates

Manage team email boxes and assist in internal reporting initiatives
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, securities services, or property sector

Strong working knowledge of French and English (minimum C1)

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team

Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Proactive and eager to take on new challenges

Good understanding of Private Equity and Real Estate funds would be adventageous
