We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who is passionate about understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting initiatives that improve operational efficiency. Your responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the implementation of operational and technology-driven initiatives
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare process documentation, reports, and workflow diagrams
- Collaborate with business and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Support change management and stakeholder communication activities
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Banking, Financial Services, or Operations
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
