About the role
- Hybrid working model (2 days per week from the office in Cracow)
We are looking for an experienced Web Development Engineer to join an international technology team working on large-scale, business-critical web platforms. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of modern web applications used globally, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
You will be involved in the full development lifecycle — from understanding business requirements to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions and supporting production environments.
Key responsibilities

Develop new features and enhance existing functionalities in web applications

Identify and fix bugs, ensuring high-quality and stable code

Participate in code reviews and promote best development practices

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine user stories

Contribute to technical design, documentation, and implementation

Support production deployments and ongoing maintenance

Work in an Agile, DevOps-oriented environment following CI/CD practices
Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in backend web development (preferably .NET / C# / ASP.NET)

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and clean code principles

Hands-on experience with:

Frontend knowledge:

HTML, CSS (SCSS), JavaScript, TypeScript

Experience with React (Next.js is a plus)

Experience working in Agile teams and DevOps environments

Understanding of secure coding practices and secure-by-design approach

Familiarity with modern build tools (npm, etc.)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Good command of English (written and spoken)
Nice to have

Experience with Sitecore CMS or other enterprise CMS platforms

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. VSTS / Azure DevOps)

Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform development practices
